Bus shelter with bench and metal bulletin board, Liberty model. Structure composed of five columns which, starting from the bottom in a decagonal shape, become, in the upper part, a round structure consisting of galvanized steel tube covered with thirty-seven decorative rods in galvanized solid round. In the center of the column, a decorative element in turned steel separates the lower part from the upper one. Two elegant bands wrap the decorative rods that end, at the top, with an ornamental capital. Each single column is complete with a flange at the base. Roof in pure "liberty" style, made of galvanized steel, in which two cantilevered perimeter frames enclose a band characterized by stylized decorative floral carvings. The roof rests on the capitals of the columns and is secured to the walls by four geometric decorations, the internal cover has a vaulted movement and is made of opaque alveolar polycarbonate supported by arches in rectangular galvanized steel tube. Bottom walls made of a galvanized steel box, in the upper half, there are two display boards equipped with folding door and lockable door. The insertion of notices or other communications takes place using magnets. The reading side is made of transparent compact polycarbonate, unbreakable, UV protected and particularly suitable for outdoor use. The side walls consist of a perimeter frame in galvanized steel corner profile with transparent brushing in compact, unbreakable, UV-protected polycarbonate and particularly suitable for outdoor use. The sealing and fixing of the brushing is ensured by profiles in rectangular galvanized steel tube. Railing, in the lower part, made with arches in galvanized steel square tube with vertical bars and central rings in solid galvanized round. Bench consisting of decagonal supports made of galvanized sheet metal, each support is provided with a flange at the base, two external profiles in galvanized steel with rounded corners and eight internal profiles in galvanized steel round tube complete with PVC end caps each spherical. The Liberty shelter is supplied in an assembly kit with stainless steel screws and instructions for correct assembly. The basic finish for the metal parts of this product is the "gun barrel" color characterized by a dark gray color with a metallic effect. The customer can however request a different finish, chosen from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique adopted for the galvanized steel structure is with thermosetting powders with oven firing, it gives a wider longevity to the product by applying on it a layer of paint of 60 microns.
